My girlfriend got hit while dropping her 6 year old off at school, then insurance told her not to worry about anything that they would have the vehicle towed and everything would be taken care of.This happened on a Friday so after going to get checked out at the hospital, her car sat in Affordable towing’s “secure” lot over the weekend.Monday we went to go retrieve belongings out of our vehicle and found that my tool bag with roughly 4 thousand dollars worth of climbing tools/gear were stolen out of the trunk..If the wreck/situation wasn’t bad enough, I called the office and was told that they do not have cameras at their properties and there’s nothing they could do!After talking to multiple people about this situation, one of which worked for affordable tow in the past, I’ve been told that Affordable tow is notorious for property coming up missing while in their care.Stealing from people after they’re forced to use your services really isn’t cool.THANKS AFFORDABLE TOW!

Ruben and the team at Affordable Towing were prompt, professional and problem solvers. From out of town and my pick up truck pulling my living quarters horse trailer left me stranded right outside Rogersville. They were able to pick up both the truck and trailer and tow us in one trip to a safe location on a Sunday evening less than two hours after contacting them! They took care of my property and me!! Will be forever grateful for their awesome service and courtesy! Thanks Ruben and Affordable Towing!!

Wow! I made an appointment to meet someone to tow my car to the dealer because we had been unable to jump off the battery. Not only was the driver right on time, he fixed the problem without having to tow it. He just said well let me see if I can get it to charge and just like that my car was running! He was friendly and kind and very matter of fact and I could have hugged him. I was so relieved and so happy. On a scale of 1 to 10, Affordable gets a huge 10 and kudos to the driver (whose name I didn’t get).

I've dealt with them a few times and there always friendly and professional and helpful. They get to me as soon as they can and are good at keeping in contact while I'm waiting. I just wish it cost less lol but I guess "affordable" is relative. Overall I do think the price is reasonable and fair
